I am grateful for life.
I am grateful to have pain as a teacher.
I am grateful my emotions are a teacher and sure as heck I don't want to misuse them by trying to make them do anything but what they do.

I find that when I move my body it is much more easy for me to move. I feel more joy and less pain. I feel my heart and my soul and my connection with my higher power, when I move my body round. When I dance especially, my soul really gets to move.
