Our mountains are the only real cool places right now in our state, and we are going there tomorrow morning for an entire week!
We sure need the break and the chance to get outside in Nature. Meditation is great, but this week I remembered that Nature is an important aspect of my Higher Power. I feel my best when I have daily contact with Her. And with the heat, I have been missing my joyous connection... with her. The heat has been nearly unrelenting this summer...
With vacation until the first of August, I won't have much access to the computer. I am looking for the good in that....
