Why I Tell My Story

To my Muse, my Higher Power

Today, I ask the Divine Author, who inspires me to

pen these words:

Please.

Help me to write 

so simply

about love

  

and pain

that when you read my words
you will feel what I felt. 

Mary Oliver said it long before me, 

".. though it be my story 

[make it]

 common..

[So its truth] be known to you."

So that

" by the end
you will think—
no, you will realize—
that it was all the while
yourself arranging the words,
that it was all the time
words that you yourself,
out of your heart
had been saying."
