Today, I realized simply that I am powerless over my emotions and triggers. I also found that I could access a safe place inside of me, as I carry that powerlessness. Establishing a contact with a Higher Power only requires self honesty.
I am thankful to have discovered this as I prepare for my face-to-face meeting.

I also struggle to keep balance when my emotions explode out of me and the tools I have acquired seem to small for the job. Sometimes I have to just remember that I have had little victories and, perhaps, it will get a smidgen better day by day. I wish you peace.
